BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Scott joined Colliers International in 2008 after more than four years with Duke Realty Corporation where he served as a Leasing Representative and was responsible for leasing Duke’s office and industrial properties spanning from South Atlanta, Georgia, to Braselton, Georgia. His additional responsibilities included identifying new development opportunities and working on the acquisition and disposition of buildings and land. Scott also served as an Asset Manager overseeing a $240 million dollar portfolio of 24 office and industrial properties consisting of over 5.02 million SF.
