Eligibility Condition: Please submit following documents with attestation of gazetted officeri. Tender document(s) & price schedule in original, duly filled in and signed by tenderer or his authorized representative along with seal on each page. All corrections and overwriting must be initialed with date by the tenderer or his authorized representative. ii. Attested copy of the registration of the firm. Authenticated copy of partnership deed in cases of partnership firm. iii. Attested copy of PAN Number. iv. Authorization certificate for signing the tender document from limited company/Govt./PSU or copy of Original/Attested"Power of Attorney" In case person other than the tenderer has signed the tender documents. v. Self declaration regarding no near relative working in BSNL. vi. Self-declaration that the bidder/firm is not barred from participating in tender anywhere in BSNL. vii. Attested copy of Sales Tax registration. viii. Experience of similar work of minimum Rs. 60000/- in any one year during the last three-year from Central Govt./State Govt./PSU in last three years. ix. Attested copy of Service Tax registration. x. EPF registration from competent authority. xi. A separate D.D is to be enclosed for cost of tender document, if downloaded from the website
www.mp.bsnl.co.in During the entire evaluation process, if it is observed that the downloaded document is exactly not as per the original tender document and/or it is tampered/ changed/ altered/ modified in anyway, the bid will be rejected.
The tender which is not accompanied by the requisite bid security, eligibility conditions & terms & conditions of the tender above, shall liable to be rejected. Tender will not be accepted/received after expiry date & time. The Telecom District Manager Khandwa reserves the right to reject any or all tenders with out assigning any reason what so ever.
