ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to know the system of presidential governenment in Indonesia. The keys of this system are (1) Indonesia based on law (rechtstaat) (2) It has trias politika (3) The president has a strong position he, therefore is not be able to be deleted by parliament. (4) The parlement is not be able to be disqualified by the president. The general election is held direct, general, free, and secret.(5) Indonesia is based on constitution.This research was held since 2009 in Samarinda.The method of it is library one.The researcher read many resources on regulation and government’s action written in the newspaper, magazine, and the like.There were many mistakes to implement the system or they did not know how to use the system or they will corrupt the money, time and opportunity by doing so.
