With flattening filter free (FFF) beams the span of possible dose-rates is ~12x increased. Time dependent prediction and EPID dosimetry allow dynamic treatment verification per control point (CP) but also allow the 4D invivo dose to be calculated and therefore also the varying dose-rate to each voxel. While it has been indicated that high FFF dose-rates do not grossly impact treatments, it is known that low dose-rates (
