Executive Summary It’s time for a shift in paradigm about energy, our general thinking about energy has been too simplistic. Science has told us, all matter is energy and energy is matter, if that is the case, then everything is energy. Until Einstein, mass and energy were two separate things. The relationship between mass and energy is expressed in what is one of the most famous equation in science, E = m c 2 Now if everything is energy, then the question becomes how to harvest it and liberate it. Like Oil and Gas has to be harvested. Energy Harvesting has to do with collecting of mass then releasing the energy within it, as from the oil, gas, sun, heat, wind, rain, ocean wave, radio waves, signals, vibration, RF, radio, centrifugal forces, vacuum fluctuation, magnet fields, differentials, which can be can be liberated and transformed into electricity. Energy can not be created nor destroyed, it can only be transformed. There are many different forms of matter, as there will be different ways to Harvest the Energy within it. Created out of many technologies, the birth of the Energy Harvesting Unit or EHU was conceived of as a way to harvest energy from magnetic fields. Product Summary X-Drive is a quick path to Energy Conservation through improved efficiencies for electric motors. As an emergent technology, X-Drive is easily deployed and has proven energy and monetary savings well beyond other competitive system. This is a new, registered copyright system, using proprietary software with market available off the shelf electrical components that once assembled and programed have been tested to show an energy saving of greater than 50%. These savings were realized on a remote power system with average power factor ~0.52. In this challenging application, the installation of the X-Drive improved the power factor up to 0.99-1.00. In some typical application with untreated power factors may be 0.6 to 0.8, where the X-Drive can still deliver improvements in Power factors of 0.95-1.00. While this energy saving technology applies to all electric motors, current ROI is scale to deliver a ~1 year or less return on investment This (ROI) scale is best realized on motors of 30 horsepower (hp) and up. The applications and potential of the X-Drive technology is enormous. However, it is not our purpose herein to detail market potential or examine strategies to commercialization; rather, we look to provide a straightforward introduction to this new technology. Market Analysis Summary This is a high stakes high end market, with Billions to be gained, in a short period of time, Energy saving is a major theme, within the US market and around the world. Our goal is to take the high end low profit user, or large industrial energy user and transfer the savings of their energy usage into that of the low end high value high profit customer for the power companies. This is a win win for US business. As the margins are very low from the industrial user and quite high from the consumer market. With tighter regulation having a choke hold on new power plants, this becomes an emerging market for new energy savings devices, such as what we have developed. As new methods are developed in which to harvest the wasted energy, this market will increase exponentially, until the energy of space time will eventually be harvested, and the full realization of E = m c 2 becomes a reality for all. NexGenXenergy will strategically place itself at the forefront of this emerging market with it’s products of Energy Harvesting to create dramatic saving for industrial customer and their by creating a direct pathway into the eventual consumer market.
