Zotero – Free, easy to use and quite good in citing research sources. – Currently, we mainly train the lectures and students who are due to start their research. – All Zotero trainings are practical – Only 26.78% have good skills in how to use zotero. •Strathmore University Library 2014

Conclusion • 38.46% of our users don’t use e resources due to; – Lack of skills to search – Scattered Search interfaces •
