ABSTRACT Nowadays, coffee shop business competition in Indonesia is growing rapidly.But,in this reality planning and management of this business strategy is still less applied. Product differentiation and innovation less developed so that the coffee shop's business are producing products and services that almost the same and the competition become red ocean. Thestrategy model that will be addressed in this study is the value innovation strategy in Blue Ocean Strategy that implementation control will be using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).Thisintegration results is expected to be a business implementation guidelines with achievements results that measurable and comprehensive.The model is implemented in the Excelso, and strategy that developed in the Blue Ocean Strategy is mapped into the four BSC perspectives.The result will be continued by composing Strategy Map that construction to usedDecision Making and Trial Evaluation Laboratorymethod (DEMATEL) and controlling that achievementswith Key Performance Indicator (KPI). The DEMATEL be used to establish a visualizedstrategy map with logical links to improve Excelso performance. The DEMATEL results demonstrate a clear road map to assist management in prioritizing the performance indicators and in focusing attention on the strategy-related activities of the crucial indicators.
