Super Chef Pizza. Ingredients: 2/3 cup warm water (110 -115 F). 1 pkg. yeast. 2 t. sugar. 1 ¼ to 2 cups flour (more if dough is still sticky). ½ t. salt. 1 ½ t. olive oil.
Super Chef Pizza Ingredients: 2/3 cup warm water (110 -115 F) 1 pkg. yeast 2 t. sugar 1 ¼ to 2 cups flour (more if dough is still sticky) ½ t. salt 1 ½ t. olive oil Cornmeal 8 oz. pasta sauce 2 c. mozzarella cheese Veggie/Meat toppings Directions: Day One: 1. Mix yeast with warm water in a medium mixing bowl. Add sugar and allow to sit for 5 – 10 minutes. (Meanwhile measure out the rest of the ingredients) 2. Add 1 ¾ c. flour, salt, and olive oil; mix with a wooden spoon until a dough begins to form. 3. Add more flour if dough is too sticky. Knead by pressing dough away from your body, then folding in half and giving a quarter turn. Repeat this for 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and soft. (Take turns kneading) 4. Place in a large mixing bowl sprayed with pam spray and wrap plastic wrap over the top of the bowl. Label kitchen and period number. 5. Dough will rise in refrigerator overnight. 6. Cut vegetables into desired size. Brown sausage or pepperoni if necessary. Place in labeled zip lock bag and put in refrigerator overnight. Day Two: 1. Lightly spray pam onto pizza pan and dust with cornmeal. 2. Roll out dough onto pan. 3. Top with sauce, cheese, and toppings. 4. Bake in a 425 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
