Well, I think…it’s really what I always wanted to do…you see, I grew up on a farm and I used to love looking after the animals …so if they were sick or if they had babies, I’d stay up all night with them…but my mother says that I first said I was going to be a nurse when I was about three years old…. Because I remember at that time there was a cousin of mine who was a nurse and I remember thinking how pretty she looked, dressed in this really glamorous uniform with the white cap on her head … and, you know, I just felt I wanted to be like that.
