TECHNIQUES OF COMMUNICATION VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE USING VPN TECHNOLOGY BASED MPLS Aswandi, S.Kom,.M.Kom and Leni Marlina, S.Kom., M.Kom Polytechnic Negeri Lhoksemawe in Aceh and University Pembangunan Panca Budi in Medan ABSTRACT Currently, the development and use of communication networks very rapidly once, so that desperately needed a reliable technology to help the business activities of companies/Establishments to be able to communicate between the Office and partners with other companies so as to form an online network.. The online network to assist and expedite the dissemination of information, remote, data transfer, and improve services to the public, as well as the efficiency of work processes and the management of the company. For medium-sized companies to the top in general have started using internet-based communications network in the application of VPN technology based on the MPLS IP. IP development is very good in terms of scalability, which makes Internet technologies become inexpensive enough. But the IP has serious flaws in the implementation of QoS. But later developed several methods to improve the performance of IP networks, among other MPLS (Multi Protocol Label Switching). In the network we can communicate via Video conference that is a service that combines the technologies of communication of images and sound in real time. To conserve the limited bandwidth needed for video coding standard communication protocol using H.263 recommended ages are ITU-T. Communication via video conference happen or more 2-way interactions can be seen or heard his voice in its objects places, situations and different conditions, for example when a are discussions, meetting, chat, video call and others.To answer the needs of today's enterprises and provide solutions that best fit the current technology support, i.e. communicating over Video Conference using technology VPN (Virtual Private Network)-based multimedia platform with the MPLS IP technology (Internet Protocol Multih Protocol Label Switching). Introduction The current technological developments constantly changing, technology network will be a very decisive role in the business world. Success in mastering information technologies and networks will determine the success of the company in competing. This technology is able to integrate all existing networks, either create one new network or retain the network exists. Usually over intermediate companies to attend the meetings, raker meeteng, or meetings of the company's business activities, which cost the company as to the cost of travel for supplies for the cost of lodging, catering etc. With the above, the company raced to find solutions that could saving cost the company. The solution could be as Chair face-to-face with communicate directly via Video Conference, IP-based VPN technology using MPLS to be able to parse the traffic of voice, video and data. The company is using its limited bandwidth it takes video coding standard for communication using the H.263 Protocol recommended ages are ITU-T. easy to communicate in spite of limited network bandwidth. This communication will take place 2-way interactions or more can be seen or heard his voice in its objects places, situations and different conditions, for example when a are discussions, meetting, chat, video call and others. This is very suitable and menguntung for companies who are located far apart and have a partner of cooperation with other companies that see, hear and speak to each other. In using video and audio communication can also be done sending data over the same network. Therefore the company looking for business communications services is reliable, flexible, fast, cheap prices for various purposes of communication they need. The technology will be used in a communications network is VPN (Virtual Private Network) based on MPLS IP with security calculations in a company that has a lot of branches and the ability to be generated. The MPLS serves as an efficient system in terms of routing, forwarding, and switching from the flow of traffic that flows on the network. So this technology is well suited as a perfect solution for medium-sized companies over which

the company has branches and partner companies to communicate face-to-face without having to come right out the intended company. Communication Human life in the world can not be removed from the activity of communication because communication is an integral part of the system and order of human social life and society. Communications activities can be seen in every aspect of the daily life of human beings that is from the waking up people go to bed at night. Certainly a large part of the activities of our life using good communication is nonverbal and verbal communication. According to Wilbur Schramm stated: communication comes from the words (language) Latin communis which means the General (common) or together. When we communicate, actually we're trying to foster a sense of Community (commonnes) with someone. I.e. we are trying a wide range of information, ideas or attitudes. As in this description, for example I was trying to communicate with the readers to convey the idea that the nature of a communication is really the effort makes the recipient or the giver of communication have understanding (the understanding) that is equal to the specified mailbox [Suprapto, Tommy. 2006]. Data Communication Data communication is the delivery of the data or information from a source (source) to a destination (destination). Data communication can take place between two or more types of computers that are the same or different kind. This information was originally in the form of sounds, images and text, is then converted into units of digital data by a computer. Data communication may run better if it refers to the standard rules are recommended by major international bodies that set them up. Video Conference Technology Video conference is a telecommunications by using audio and video so that the meeting took place in different places. This can be between two different locations (point-to-point) or include multiple locations at once in a single conference room (multi-point). The core technology used in video conferencing system is digital compression of audio and video streams. Hardware or software that performs compression is called a codec. The number of compression can be achieved up to 1: 500. The resulting Digital stream of 1s and 0s is subdivided into labeled packets, which are then transmitted via digital networks (usually ISDN or IP). The use of audio modems in the shipping channels allows the use of Plain Old Telephone System POTS or, in some low-speed applications, such as videotelephony, because THEY convert the digital analog waves into vibrations in the audio spectrum range. Based on the type of video conference connections between the wearer can be divided into three parts: a. Real Time Colaboration Multiparty Conferencing, Conference relations which is a means of instantly with good resolution and interactive. b. Active Participation partnerships Users, relationships that occur between the user and the computer network or database, a Conference that immediately with a good resolution and interactive. c. Passive Participation partnerships Users, user participation, passive and requires immediate and interactive relationships. ITU-T H.263 Video Compression Standards H.263 standard published by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) to support video conferencing or video telephony. In general the working patterns of h.263 is a video frame will be captured at the source/sender and encoder (compress) and video encoder. The video stream is compressed and then passed through a network or telecommunication channels and at its end on the decoder (decompression) using video decoder. Frames in this decoder which will then be on show [Fina, 2010]. On this now pretty much standard, each designed for specific purposes. For example, JPEG

Virtual Private Network (VPN) IP VPN is a special type of VPN service that sends Internet Protocol (IP) infrastructure through public-private IP or internet. That is a key benchmark of IP VPN is IP service delivery to the end user. With IP VPN data networking is possible in a private and secure through a network of public internet or private IP network for remote access user communications, site-tosite, or corporate-tocorporate. Casey Wilson dan Peter Doak in his book entitled Creating and Implementing VPN, IP VPN configuration which divides have been applied in the field into three categories, namely: a. The Intranet an Intranet is a network that is connected between the Central Office and branches that spread provide separate locations with headquarters. The Intranet provides communication facilities and the exchange of information between internal data as well as a company or Department with branches that are far apart.

The purpose of the MPLS Working Group is to menstandarkan the protocols using a shipping label swapping (Exchange of label). MPLS Network consists of a circuit called a labelswitched path (LSP), which connect the dots is called a label-switched router (LSR). The first and last called LSR ingress and egress. Each LSP associated with a forwarding equivalence class (FEC), which is a collection of packages that accept the same forwarding treatment at an LSR. The FEC is identified with the fitting label. To establish LSPS, required a persinyalan Protocol. This Protocol specifies the forwarding based on the label on the package. The Label is short and fixed-sized forwarding and accelerate the process of enhancing the flexibility of the selection

path. The result is a network that is more connectionoriented datagrams [Kana, Rosen 2001]. The use of the label swapping has many advantages. He was able to separate the issue of input routing forwarding. Routing is a matter of global network that requires the cooperation of all the router as a participant. All companies need technology to accelerate development or improving the ability of business processes. The development of technology which is currently very quickly is a telecommunications technology presents a selection of forms of technology and sophistication due to the need to communicate and Exchange data quickly and easily. Communications play an important role in the business world today, the need for this communication encourages the man to continue to innovate to make inroads to create communication tools that are as simple as possible.

In addition to conveying messages and information in the form of voice, video is now also delivering various forms of data. Since the day of transfer of data is done getting bigger then it needs a system of communication that can be fasility. The proposed communication network system The company must develop and improve the technology of IP-based MPLS VPN network that will be applied to the services provided between branches or partner companies will become more flexible and aggressive safe and reliable and accurate. Techniques to communicate via Video Conference will offer the kind of service that was used to send information in the form of sound and video can be face-to-face online. Now it's time to build Video Conference Service and costs are cheaper and need not bother to attend the meeting, meeteng, raker or meetings of the company's business activities, which cost the company, simply make use of IP-based MPLS VPN technologies are built. Companies need to plan/propose the development of services that support service for sound and video quality, reliable, and accurate (reliability) with adequate speed. Polygon video system has the ability to display on desktop simultaneously, the camera on the display near the site without losing the reliability of the system. Polygon system able to control the camera on the far site. Polygon can use various types of video input devices. But to produce good quality depends on the video input device (camera type used) by Polycom. To transmit the audio signal with a low bandwidth needs used audio coding G. 722.1 14 kHz audio frequency. The audio system also features Automatic Polygon Gain Control.. Testing Of The System Data communication network system as well as video conferencing, server computer acts as a router that connects the PC on the LAN between the company to some other branch. Setting access rights is done on the server operating system. No IP of each of the computers that are allowed to be registered to access the Default Gateway (IP LAN) who is registered with the router. Under normal conditions/default client computer cannot access, this is due to the existence of the rules contained in the windows settings. Changing these rules could be done automatically when the client login and meets the system requirements. The settings file changes via your network administrator. So

network administrators can only grant privileged access on the client computer. A communication network has been built using MPLS-based IP VPN technology with faster connections and is suitable to be applied in companies.
