The Bid documents in respect of the above works may be purchased from the Office of the undersigned or may be downloaded from the website www.kalahandi.nic.in, Bidders, who download Bid Documents from website will have to pay above mentioned non-refundable cost of Tender Documents in shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of Block Development Officer, M.Rampur payable at SBI, M.Rampur.

Bid must be accompanied by bid security (EMD) of I % of the amount specified for the work in the table above in anyone of the forms as specified in the bidding document i.e. N.S.C'/K.V.P.lPost Office Savings Bank AccountslDeposit receipt of Scheduled Bank/Post Office Term Deposit Account duly pledged in favour of the Block Development Officer, M.Rampur. Bids must also be accompanied by photo copy of Valid VAT clearance in the form of VAT-612, PAN card. valid Contract Registration Certificate and up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate ( ITCC).

Bid documents without EMD will be rejected outrightly.

Bids documents must be dropped in the specified tender box kept in the Office of the Panchayat Sarniti, M.Rampur along with all relevant documents/ BD/ Certificates etc on or before 20-08-2013 up to t PM.

The bids will be opened on 20-08-2013 at 3 PM in the office of the undersigned, in the presence of the members of Tender Committee of B.D.O., M.Rampur. All the bidders or their authorized agents are required to attend the Tender process while opening the same in the Block HQs as per schedule. If the Office happens to be closed on the last date of sale & receipt/ date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be sold & received/ opened subsequently on the next working day at the same time and venue respectively. Other details can be seen in the bidding documents.

In case of Engineer contractors seeking exemption of E.M.D in this work are instructed to produce an affidavit regarding his list of works awarded during current financial year 2013-14 for exemption of E.MD.
7.
Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe tenderer will be given rate preference as per prevailing Govt. circular.
8.
The Bidder while submitting tender shall furnish an affidavit along with the tender about the authenticity of the documents including E.M.D. The conditional tender will not be accepted under any circumstances.
9.
Bid documents requested by Post will be dispatched by Registered/ Speed Post on payment of an extra amount of ~ 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) only over and above th'e cost of documents. The Block Development Officer. M.Rampur will not be held responsible for the Postal delay, if any, in the delivery of the documents or non-receipt of the same during the scheduled period
10.
The Block Development Officer. M.Rampur reserves the right to cancel/reject or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
II.
Legal dispute if, any will be adjudicated within M.Rampur jurisdiction.
