Following Head Constables who were received from other units/district has disturbed the seniority of the HCs posted in this district and their retention in this district creates resentment amongst their senior counter-parts who got promotion as HC after them in this district .Therefore keeping in view the directions/instructions contained in letter No. 24558-24658/E-3 dated 22.9.98 issued by the office of Worthy DGP/Punjab they have been issued opportunity notices. These officials have submitted their reply ,but none of these is agreed to loose his seniority and as such it is submitted

that their names may kindly be recommended to the appropriate authority for their repatriation to their parent districts/units as mentioned against each and before finalizing the seniority a tentative seniority list is prepared and is attached herewith for kind perusal and further orders as deemed fit please.
