Student News Yesterday was the soccer trials at Tarago Public School. At 1:00pm Breadalbane, Tirranna, Collector and Windallama came to Tarago and we were split up into 3 or 4 groups. There were mixed school teams. There was a boys group and a girls group. The girls got to play first. One team wore yellow bands and the other wore green. Crystal was the captain of the green team. When the game started the captain kicked off. After the girls played their game, the boys played their game. Next week 14 girls and 14 boys will travel to Goulburn for a soccer Gala Day. By Jessica Yesterday we had soccer trials at Tarago Public School. We started to play soccer at 1:00pm. The four other small schools, Tirranna, Breadalbane, Windallema and Collector all attended. The boys were split into 4 groups and the girls were split into 3 groups. There were 23 girls and 32 boys. I was on a team with Jessica and Gemma and players from Windallema. We had three games. I kicked off in the first game and Jess scored a goal. After the girls played the boys played. They went very well. Then Collector, Breadalbane and Windellema left.
