Brick City short film competition Terms & Conditions: 1. This competition is to win a £200 gift voucher for the LEGO® store for creating a short LEGO® brick animation or video featuring a LEGO® brick building or city scape. 2. There are three runner up prizes of a LEGO® Creative Bucket – Item Number: 10662 3. The runners up will be drawn after the Winner. 4. The Winner and Runners Up will be selected at random from the correct entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions by a member of the Marketing team at Octopus Publishing Group, whose decision will be final. 5. The Winner and Runners Up may see their entry posted on the Octopus Publishing Group website and possibly other websites, social media platforms and Twitter accounts. 6. There is no purchase necessary to enter. 7. Open to UK entrants only. 8. The competition opens at 9am BST on 17th May 2013 and closes at midnight BST on 16th June 2013. Any entries received outside these specified times and dates will not be eligible for entry into the competition. 9. The competition is open to anyone aged 14 or over except employees of Octopus Publishing Group, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the competition either themselves or through their families. 10. Only one entry per person allowed. Second or subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk. 11. The submission must contain the entrant’s own original work. Nothing must be included which is defamatory, private or infringement of copyright or other intellectual property right or in any way a breach of another’s right. Please do not use music unless this is original to the entrant or there is written permission from the original creator. We reserve the right to ask for the permission before any prize is distributed. Any entry in breach of this clause will be disqualified from participating in the competition and from winning any prize. 12. We reserve the right to use all the submissions received on our website, our Facebook pages and on our other social networking sites. We will try to include the name of the entrant but this may not always be possible. 13. Octopus Publishing Group is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed. 14. Octopus Publishing Group reserves the right to alter the prizes or cancel the competition without notice. No cash alternatives to prizes will be provided. 15. The Winner and Runners Up will be published on Octopus Publishing Group’s website, Facebook account and on Twitter on Monday 17th June 2013 at 1pm.

16. Octopus Publishing Group will only use email addresses of the entrants, and the Winners’ postal addresses, in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with our privacy policy. The emails from the entrants, and from the Winner with their postal addresses (including any other record of the address), will be deleted respectively after the end on the competition and after the prize has been posted. 17. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. 18. This competition is being organised by Octopus Publishing Group.
