Life Sciences InsNJ; Member-Comp Biol Sys Alliance; Analyst/Coach - Nexus:Squash&Neuroscien; Mentor - AAT Dear Colleagues and Friends, I am posting this, either in anticipation of future actions or if they have already occurred, in apology for actions intended to embarrass us. These actions may already have affected you. I know of at least one case in which a colleague from LinkedIn was sent an inappropriate text via my cell phone number which either is or was 'electronically recruited'. It is something that can be easily done. I have apologized for the inconvenience, forwarded the ensuing correspondence and registered a complaint with the LinkedIn IT department who unfortunately and as expected cannot trace off site actions. This action had been threatened implicitly and explicitly via several 'intermediaries'. Therefore I am taking the extraordinary public measure of posting this apology for actions that may have occurred, to those of my colleagues and friends who are too reticent to express their justifiable outrage. This is being posted on all the Public Platforms on which I enjoy mutually enlightening scientific and social interactions, especially given the solidarity required by progressive citizens in our turbulent times. Our participation on these sites is something that is in the traditions of the greatest of minds such as those of Dr. Andrei Sakharov, Dr. Robert Oppenheimer and Dr. Albert Einstein who felt compelled to venture far beyond their disciplines to comment on the most ominous of events of their times. As you know we have always believed that the Public Interest represented by our work is best, but not exclusively, served with positions articulated and critically vetted in peer reviewed journals that retain objectivity. Our work, proposes instituting the systematization, surveillance and control of the networks of genes maintaining the human genome in real time to enable preemption of genetic

disease lesions (generic mutations). Due to the sheer magnitude of the undertaking, this work requires public persuasion and commitment. Therefore, many different sources and outlets for our articles including general and lay communications, publications, print and news media must also be recruited to promote this Public Interest. This is done when these articles assist in engaging Scientists as well as Citizen Scientists who are necessary to overcoming the resistance to this work. This effort has resulted in consequences for us that are outlined in the link below. Particularly incurred, due to the success of this article in securing exposure for our positions, as revealed by Google Search with the search term 'What is the Life Sciences Institute of NJ?' which secures anywhere from 2 to 9 million primary 'hits' on the first page returned in the search. Google Search Term: What is the life sciences institute of NJ https://www.google.com/#safe=active&q=what+is+the+life+sciences+institute+of +nj Our effort has recently been further complicated by serious infractions of basic integrity that extend far beyond the scientific process and which have occurred at a university where I worked until recently. We have been forced into taking the appropriate counter measures but I am not at liberty to reveal more than this. I learn from and enjoy sharing the public space on LinkedIn, Google+, Google Scholar, Research Gate among others, with fellow participating colleagues and friends and so cannot thank them enough for having extended this privilege! Because of the impending innuendo that has been threatened and that may poison these interactions, I am taking this extraordinary public measure to both forewarn and apologize for any inconvenience that may be directed via any of the scientific, educational and social media on which I am a participant. The simple recourse is to report them to the appropriate administrators e.g IT personnel on LinkedIn. I hope to continue this rewarding, stimulating and educational experience that LinkedIn informs me began on June 23rd 2009. Kind regards, Ferez Ferez Nallaseth, MS,. PhD
