Target group The target group of the „Training Initiative Agrimanager“ are women working in agriculture.

Objectives • upgrading of entrepreneurial and personal competences of female farmers • implementation of e-Learning in agricultural further trainings • promotion of lifelong learning in the agricultural sector • creation of networks

Project subjects I • development and implementation of a Agrimanager training – professional and personal competences – blended learning concept
• initiation of regular get-togethers of female farmers

Project subjects II • Training Agrimanager: – length of the training: 5 months – 3 presence times (each with 4 days) in the educational instituions – e-learning (10 learning units and 10 online conferences)
