Ocean Adventures – Island Hospitality

The Lana‘i Seafari Saturdays & Holidays only 7:30am – 3:30pm Please see parking and check-in information below The Seafari is an exciting way to experience Lana‘i as the Ali`i, or royalty, did over two hundred years ago. ‘King Kamehameha the Great’ chose the southern coast of Lana‘i as his summer retreat for the royal family. We will take you snorkeling in these pristine waters, only accessible by boat, where you can expect to see an abundance of tropical fish- a few of which are found nowhere else in the world. This destination will amaze you both above and below water as you are surrounded by some of the highest sea-cliffs in the world. After snorkeling, soak in this magestic view aboard the boat while enjoying our signature BBQ lunch, cooked by your Captain. Next, we will dock at Manele Harbor and proceed on an air-conditoned driving tour of the island guided by a locally-born tour guide. The island of Lana‘i is rich in its local history, and what better way to learn about this island than from a local resident. On the sail home, enjoy another tasty deli snack, cold beverages, and locally made ice-cream while gliding across the exciting waters between Maui and Lana‘i. The main difference between Discover Lana‘i and the Lana‘i Seafari is that snorkeling on the Seafari takes place from the boat instead of the beach. As part of Trilogy’s initial agreement with Lana‘i (established over 40 years ago), we do not go to Hulopo‘e Beach on the weekends or Holidays so as to leave that area available to the residents of the island.

Discover Molokini Daily 8:00am - 2:00pm Please see parking and check-in information below For many, to snorkel Molokini crater is a "must-do" on their Maui vacation, and what better way to experience the beauty of the Hawaiian waters than on a sailboat! We provide ample room on our spacious catamarans and visit two snorkeling locations- the crystal clear waters of Molokini* and the remarkable shallows of the Maui coast line that is home to many Hawaiian honu (sea turtle). Not only does this give our guests additional variety, but it’s our way of avoiding some of the crowds. We provide all snorkel equipment including instruction and wetsuit tops. Because of the convenient beach loading, this half-day ocean adventure gets you to some of Maui’s best dive sites quickly for snorkeling, swimming, and discovering SNUBA. With spectacular views of Moloka‘i and Lana‘i and the majestic West Maui Mountains as a backdrop, the Ka‘anapali Snorkel Sail is a photographer’s dream. On this two-hour whale watch, Trilogy is dedicated to sharing insightful information about the endangered Humpback Whale and its habitat through our on-board naturalists. Our goal is to give the guest a meaningful encounter with these magnificent creatures without disturbing their behavior and following the Sanctuary Whale Watching Guidelines. Trilogy has hydrophones (weather permitting) on board, so we are often able to hear the whales sing their incredible songs. Many guests comment that this was the best whale watching experience of their lives! SIGHTINGS GUARANTEED! (If you do not see a whale, your next Whale Watch is on us!)

Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary A portion of our Whale Watch tours go towards funding the Whale Sanctuary. The Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary is dedicated to protecting the endangered Humpback Whale and its habitat. Trilogy was the first official sponsor of the Whale Sanctuary and has continued to be involved in supporting and promoting the Sanctuary’s goals. MENU:

Hoist up the sail, sit at the helm, and enjoy Maui’s legendary makani (wind)! The trade winds are the most consistent winds in Hawai’i, and they provide our stable catamarans with steady winds for sailing every afternoon. This trip is truly a sailor's delight with the steady winds, warm tropical seas, and a protected coastline for tucking into a lee shore. After sailing, enjoy snorkeling above a beautifully protected South Maui reef before finishing the day with a cold beverage and a locally made ice-cream dessert. Parking and Check-in ** If you are using GPS please use the following address: 101 Ma‘alaea Boat Harbor Road, Wailuku, HI. 96793 ** 30 minutes prior to departure time, meet a Trilogy Crew Member in front of the restaurant, Buzz’s Wharf in Ma‘alaea Harbor off Highway 30. You will be directed to a parking location and the slip # where the Captain will check you in 15 minutes prior to departure. Paid parking is available at Maui Ocean Center for the day or along Ma‘alaea Harbor. Bring your camera, non-aerosol sun protection, and a light jacket or sweatshirt.
