Mobil Lubricants are recognized the world over for their advanced technology used in the development and manufacture of its lubricants. This technology has earned Mobil the position as the Number 1 Synthetic Lubricant Manufacturer in the world.

Specializing in Equipment used for on-land oil production Sub Surface Rod and PC Pumps. However, this division also supplies all of the components required for the Oil Well from Tubing, Casing and Rods to Pumping Units and everything in between. All products are sold through sole distributorship channels.

RIG SPARES

HYDRAULICS Our Hydraulic Sales Division is the top local distributor in the nation of Fluid Power components and represent the most popular brands in the industry, when it comes to Hydraulics and Pneumatics at the most affordable prices. We also specialize in innovative Hydraulic and Vacuum system design, engineered for performance, reliability and excellence which meets all necessary quality standards. We stock a wide range of Hydraulic Pumps, Hydraulic Motors, Hydrostatic Transmissions, Double and Single Acting Cylinders, Hydraulic Power Steering Units, Hydraulic Valves, Vickers Cartridge Valves, Hydraulic Filters, Hydraulic Power Units, System Accessories such as Tank Breathers, Filler-Breathers, Sight Level Gauges, Pump/ Motor & Pump/Engine Mounts and lots more.

On-shore land production and drilling rigs are the foundation upon which the scope of RPL’s product offering was built. We have recently included equipment for Trinidad’s offshore clientele, specializing in equipment and spare parts used on the Drilling and Work over Oil Rigs, from Chalwyn Safety Engine Shutdown Valves to Blow Out Preventers (BOP’s). We are an approved distributor of components for Nautilus Marine Cranes (Oil States) and utilise our extensive experience in the hydraulic service sector to support both Offshore and Onshore clientele on a regular basis. This includes inspection and recertification of components such as; Sheaves, Sprockets, Drive Couplings-Martin Sprocket, Spare Parts for Triplex Pump - Gardner Denver, Gaso, Worthington, Shear Relief Valves, Mud Pump Gauges, Gate Valves- OTECO, Pneumatic Controls and Components-Rexroth, Bendix, Planetary Gear Recovery Winches and Hoists.

OFFSHORE & OTHER SERVICES In addition, RPL has been affiliated with numerous offshore jobs. A list of key jobs that we currently facilitate would be inclusive of, but not limited to, Annual Crane Maintenance and Inspection (according to API Standards), Wire Rope Pressure Lubrication/ Inspection/Replacement, Boom Cylinder Replacement/Re-Sealing/ Testing, MIPEG/ Markload /MD Totco installation, Trouble Shooting, Repair and Calibration, Winch Refurbishment and Testing, 4 and 5 Yearly Maintenance Scope to name a few.

SAFETY Our Safety Division and partnerships with major manufacturers effectively solve our customer’s problems with regards to personnel and process safety. Coupled with factory trained service technicians and sales consultants we are certain that we can offer solutions to any safety problem that may arise. We stock a wide range of Safety Products, Safety Shut-Down Valves, Harnesses (3 & 5D Rings), Lanyards, Hi-Viz & M-Pact Gloves which meet EN388/EN420 and ANSI 144 standards and specifications, Flame Retardant Work Wear such as Denim, Coveralls, Shirts, Boots and much more.

Our Valve Division supplies internationally recognized and approved valve products and accessories, which meet ASME, ANSI and API standards and specifications for the Industrial, Petroleum, Petrochemical and Process sectors, with Aftersales Service and Support provided by Factory-Trained technicians. Specializing in the full range of Pipeline Valves and Accessories: Ball, Gate, Globe, Check, Butterfly and Relief Valves (1/4” to 56”). Ancillary equipment supplied, include: SFC safety lock out systems for valves, Mueller fire water valves and accessories, Sentry Closures and Taylor Forge Extruded Headers, Slug Catchers, Pressure Vessels, Pig Launchers and Receivers. All products are sold through sole distributorship channels.

HEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HS&E) Through an independent auditing firm we have been certified by the Stow Board. STOW or “Safe to Work” is an initiative of the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago which is designed to standardise the format in which companies manage their Health, Safety and Environmental Impact. This improvement was driven by the large multinational organisations who sought to raise the level of HSE awareness in the Country and they have all signed onto the STOW charter. Rosco Petroavance Limited achieved STOW Certification in 2011. Our investment in STOW and our HSE management system is a further demonstration of our commitment to offering quality service to our clientele.
