Incident Log 07/29/13 01:06 2/W OF FREEMAN, FREEMAN On Monday, July 29, 2013 at about 0106 hours, I stopped a white 1995 Chevrolet pickup with expired plates on MO Highway 2, west of Freeman MO. After contacting the driver, Mr. Samuel V. Tuft, a computer check revealed that he had a Pleasant Hill MO warrant. Mr. Tuft was placed under arrest on the Pleasant Hill Warrant #070002979 for Failure to Appear. Mr. Tuft was transported to Pleasant Hill MO where he was turned over to Pleasant Hill MO Police Officers. 07/29/13 07:27 NB49 BEFORE 58, BELTON On Monday July 29th 2013 I investigated a 2 car motor vehicle crash between a 1998 Honda Accord and a 2005 Ford Escape on I-49 just south of MO-58. A cause of the crash has been determined. 07/29/13 09:25 29108 MASTERSON RD, CLEVELAND On July 29, 2013 I responded to 29108 S. Masterson Road, Cleveland, Missouri, in reference to property damage to a vehicle. I made contact with the reporting party Richard M. Williams, w/m, who stated sometime between 2100 hours on July 28, 2013 and 0000 hours on July 29, 2013 the windshield and driver's side window on his 1987 Dodge Ram pickup were broken out. A possible suspect has been identified in this investigation. 07/29/13 10:03 24223 COWGER RD, PECULIAR On July 29, 2013 at approximately 1028 hours, I conducted a residence check at 24223 South Cowger Road, Peculiar, Missouri for Peculiar Police Department. The result of this residence check was contact with a runaway female, juvenile. The juvenile was later released to Peculiar Police Officer’s. This report will be an assist other agency report. 07/29/13 10:52 2501 MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 07-29-2013, at approximately 1200 hours, I made contact wit a subject in DIV I and served a Cass County warrant. Suject was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/29/13 10:53 208 FREDERICK LN, RAYMORE On July 29, 2013 at approximately 1110 hours, I investigated an assault that occurred at 208 South Frederick Lane, Raymore, Missouri. The victim, identified as Melissa Ann Headley, reported that she was grabbed and then hugged during a property line dispute at her residence. A suspect has been identified. 07/29/13 11:22 807 YORK DR, BELTON On Monday July 29th 2013 I assisted Belton Police Department at 807 York Dr. on a reported disturbance. A suspect has been identified in this case. 07/29/13 12:10 301 FREDERICK LN, RAYMORE On July 29, 2013 at approximately 1252 hours, I investigated stealing at 301 South Frederick Lane, Raymore, Missouri. The victim, identified as Robert W Fairman stated that metal was stolen out of the bed of his truck while parked on his property. A suspect has been identified. 07/29/13 12:30 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 07/29/13 at 0935 hours. I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Adriene Radzins into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR1511 for Non Support, bond $1,500 cash only, MS Radzins was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/29/13 15:26 2501 MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 07-29-2013 at 1545 hours, in Division 1, Melissa Steuber was remanded in custody case number 11CA-CR01153-01 Burglary/thef/ stealing ,Bond set at $25,000 cash or surety ,court date 08-19-2013 @ 1330 hours. I then transported Melissa Steuber to the Cass County Jail. 07/29/13 15:44 27705 WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On July 29, 2013 I responded to 27705 S. Walker Road, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a stolen trailer plate tab. I made contact with reporting party Michael A. Todd, w/m, who stated he observed his 2014 license plate tab missing from his Missouri trailer plate. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 07/29/13 17:20 7200 239TH ST, PECULIAR On July 29th, 2013 at approximately 1748 hours, I investigated a stolen trailer at 7200 East 239th Street, Peculiar, Missouri. The victim, identified as Richard W Zimmerman reported that a trailer was stolen from his land at some point during the evening hours. No suspects have been identified. 07/29/13 17:24 2501 MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 07-29-2013 at approximately 1630 hours, I made contact with Angel Chavez-Soto in Division 1 court room. Angel Chavez- was remanded into custody in cases number 11CA-CR0945-01, DWI and was sentence to 30 days of shock time in the Cass County Jail, credited for time served, with a release date of 08-09--2013 @ 1330 hours. I then transported Angel Chavez-Soto to the Cass County Jail. 07/29/13 17:36 23319 SHAFFER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, July 29, 2013, at approximately 1807 hours, I was dispatched to 23319 Shaffer Rd, Harrisonville Missouri in reference to a Burglary. Upon arrival at 1826 hours today's date I made contact with Pamela Heman w/f and Eddy Loggins w/m. No suspects were identified in this case. 07/29/13 19:11 25202 315TH ST, ARCHIE On MOnday, July 29th 2013, at 2105 hours, I was dispatched to 25202 E. 315th Street in rural Archie, Missouri reference a reported stealing of two firearms. I served Travis Michael Warren Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00905 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 grams or less of Marijuana, with a $7,500.00 cash/ surety bond and a court date of 08-19-2013 at 0900 hours. 07/30/13 15:40 13105 BROCKVIEW LN, PECULIAR On July 30, 2013 at approximately 1602 hours, I investigated a 911 hang up at 13105 East Brockview, Peculiar, Missouri. The reporting party identified as Heather R Stevens stated that she and her boyfriend were involved in a verbal argument. The victim identified as John C Byram stated that someone entered his maintenance shed through the rotten roof and stole his ATV, chain saw and tree stand. No suspects have been identified. 07/30/13 17:17 26806 OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On July 30, 2013 I conducted a stealing investigation that occurred at 26806 SE Outer Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. A suspect has been identified and taken into custody. 07/30/13 17:45 403 HENNON AVE, CLEVELAND On July 30, 2013 at approximately 1756 hours, I investigated a disturbance at 403 Hennon Avenue, Cleveland, Missouri. The victim identified as Zachariah T Smith reported that his brother identified as Patrick William King hit a glass out of his hand and later causing injury to his face. The suspect was later taken into custody for active Cleveland Police Department warrants and released to Cleveland Police officers. This report will be forwarded to the Prosecutors Office for review. 07/30/13 18:02 24316 HUNTER RD, PECULIAR On July 30th 2013 I investigated a child custody dispute at 24316 S. Hunter Rd. A tentative arrangement was agreed upon until a custody arrangement could be made through the courts. 07/30/13 18:28 12201 203RD ST, RAYMORE On July 30, 2013 at approximately 1945 hours I conducted an investigation of animals threating the homeowner at 12210 203rd Street Peculiar MO. Reporting party Jannell P. Wasson said the nieghbors dogs run loose and have come onto thier property and acted aggressive towards them. Owner of the animal were contacted about the issue.

Ms. Barta was arrested on an active Cass county warrant. 07/30/13 20:02 7410 STATE ROUTE YY, PECULIAR On July 30th, 2013 I assisted the Peculiar Police Department with a report of trespassing at the rock quarry located at 7410 S. State Route YY, Peculiar, Missouri and then transported two arrests to the Peculiar Police Department for Sgt. Kirkpatrick. 07/30/13 20:10 809 LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On July 30, 2013 at approximately 2104 hours,I conducted an investigation of property damage at 809 Lynne Raymore Missouri. Ronald G. Looney was located and arrested on an active warrant. 07/30/13 20:22 8206 SHADY TREE LANE, FREEMAN On July 30th, 2013 I investigated a reported burglarly that occurred at 8206 E. Shady Tree Lane, Freeman, Missouri, regarding the theft of copper wiring. A suspect was identified however no arrest was made. 07/30/13 23:09 20310 HOLMES RD, BELTON On July 30, 2013 at approximately 2311 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 203rd Street and D Highway in reference to loud music coming from the south of 20310 D highway. Contact was made with the property owner at 20322 D Highway who upon making contact had a firearm and refused to put the weapon down when told. Subject was taken into custody. 07/31/13 03:45 1208 MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On July 31, 2013 at approximately 0347 hours I was dispatched to 1208 Mullen Raymore Missouri in reference to a larceny of money. I made contact with Robert L. Meissen who told me that the suspect had stolen some cash from his bedroom. 07/31/13 08:22 311 MAIN ST, WEST LINE On Wednesday, July 31st, 2013, at approximately 0829 hours I was dispatched to 311 N. Main Street Westline Missouri in regards to a report of property damage. I made contact with the reporting party, Mendy R. Graham w/f who wished to report that the suspect entered her residence, and damaged property. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 07/31/13 15:13 25406 267TH STREET, HARRISONVILLE On July 31, 2013, I investigated a farm accident near 25406 E. 267th Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. A farmer was mowing hay with his tractor and struck a guide wire to a power pole, causing the power pole to fall down. I contacted Kerri VanMeveren who said a Chevrolet vehicle, while spinning its tires, threw rocks which hit her vehicle. I contacted Ronald Stebbins who said someone accessed the residence through a window and removed property. A suspect has not been identified. 08/02/13 01:58 89 OAK ST , GARDEN CITY On 08-02-13 at approximately 0200 hours, I investigated a report of a larceny from a vehicle that was parked in the road at 89 Oak Street Garden City Missouri. The victim, Eastland, Michael L reported that a wet saw was taken. Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a walk in report of vehicle theft. I made contact with reporting party Jackie E. Greer, w/m, who wanted to report his deceased mother's vehicle as stolen by his sister. I was contacted by Brian D Wuerfele w/m who stated that the Missouri license plate was lost off his truck. I then took Bambi Wright into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00784 for Forgery, bond $20,000, MS Wright was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/02/13 12:47 25612 LL LN, EAST LYNNE On Friday, August 02, 2013, at approximately 1328 hours, I conducted a residence check at 25612 Lost Lane Lane, in rural, East Lyne, Missouri in reference to a Johnson County warrant, for the arrest of Hughes, Jessica Lee, W/F, who was taken into custody. 08/02/13 14:43 20007 JOHNSON RD, PLEASANT HILL On August 2, 2013, at approximately 1313, while conducting scene security at 20007 South Johnson Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, I observed a blue Chevrolet Sport Utility (SUV) drive east onto the residence's gravel driveway. I contacted the subjects inside the vehicle and arrested them for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana. A suspect has been identified and taken into custody 08/03/13 02:37 303 FREDERICK LN, RAYMORE On August 3rd, 2013 I investigated a domestic disturbance that occurred at 303 S. Frederick Lane, Raymore, Missouri. The incident was determined to be non-criminal in nature and a male subject was arrested on an active Lake Winnebago, Municipal warrant. 08/03/13 06:57 SB 49/162.6 MM, BELTON On August 3rd, 2013 at approximately 0711 hours, THe reporting party identified as Lance A Miller stated that while traveling south bound on Interstate 49 his vehicle began to hydroplane and collided with the guard rail on the east side of the roadway.
